We proudly offer a 1-year return or exchange policy for customers in Edmonton and across Alberta. If your piece remains in its original condition and undamaged, we will gladly offer a return or exchange within 12 months of delivery or pickup.

Please note that returns on custom furniture orders are subject to approval, and return shipping (if applicable) is at the customer’s expense unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

All ARTWOOD products come with a 3-year limited warranty that covers craftsmanship, structural integrity, and natural durability. This applies to joints, adhesives, woodwork, and installation of glass or stone elements.

As we work with solid teak, live edge slabs, and reclaimed materials, natural changes may occur. Small hairline cracks or shifts in grain are normal and expected in organic materials and are not considered defects.

Caring for Your Handmade Wood Furniture

Our pieces are made from natural, kiln-dried wood that continues to breathe with its environment. To protect your handcrafted investment:

• Avoid placing items near heating vents or fireplaces

• Use oil-based wood conditioner every few months to maintain hydration

• Keep your indoor humidity between 35–55%

• Clean molten glass and stone surfaces with soft, pH-neutral products

With proper care, your ARTWOOD furniture will maintain its beauty and strength for many years to come.

Custom Orders & Deposits

All custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or pickup. Please allow for minor variations (3–5 cm) in final dimensions due to the handcrafted nature of each product.
